Five-year-old program provides government with direct access to email, messages, browser history, more

The US National Security Agency and Federal Bureau of Investigation have been harvesting data such as audio, video, photographs, emails, and documents from the internal servers of nine major technology companies, according to a leaked 41-slide security presentation obtained by The Washington Post and The Guardian. According toThe Washington Post, the program's slides were provided by a "career intelligence officer" that had "firsthand experience with these systems, and horror at their capabilities," and wished to expose the program's "gross intrusion on privacy."

U.S. SHOWDOWN IS IMMINENT!

UNITED STATES of America  -  It can now be reported that a major confrontation between the U.S. military and the Israeli neocon Nazi Paperclip NSA (National Security Agency) is about to occur as the future of the American Republic hangs in the balance.   

The aforementioned NSA wishes to enslave the American People, destroy the U.S. Constitution once and for all and turn the United States into a stooge nation controlled by secret criminal intelligence agencies as well as criminal banks.

P.S. At this hour the financial solvency of the world economy hangs in the balance as $16 TRILLION of ass backwards JPMorgan derivatives are still parked in the Bank of Japan threatening the very foundation of the Japanese financial system.

I hate to say this folks but in case you did not investigate this tragic event yourself we are looking at yet another false flag!!

Does Barack Obama have any idea what is going on in the government that he is supposedly running? Scandals are erupting all around him, and he supposedly was not aware that any wrongdoing had taken place in any of those instances.  It is almost as if every major government agency has gone rogue and Obama has no idea what the heck they are doing. According to Obama, he often doesn't learn what those under his authority are up to until he sits down and turns on the news. The idea of impeaching Obama is industrial-strength insane. Republicans will probably try anyway, predicts Michael Tomasky.

hen the histories of this administration are written, I hope fervently that last Friday, May 10, does not figure prominently in them. But I fear that it might: the double-barrel revelations that the White House hasn't quite been telling the whole story on Benghazi and that some mid-level IRS people targeted some Tea Party groups for scrutiny are guaranteed to ramp up the crazy. But to what extent? I fear it could be considerable, and the people in the White House damn well better fear the same, or we're going to be contemplating an extremely ugly situation come 2015, especially if the Republicans have held the House and captured the Senate in the by-elections.

Let me clarify a point that's been going around. On MSNBC Friday, I broached the I-word. You know the one. Three syllables. Links Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon, Bill Clinton. I said something like: I have little doubt the Republicans would try to pursue it - something I've written dozens of times without readers really batting an eye. But I guess saying it on TV, and on a fateful day, is different. I was on the business end of a small number of angry tweets from liberal readers, and I see that the UK Daily Mail trotted out my statement in a way that made it sound as if I thought it was legitimate.

Countless individuals will soon assemble in small and large groups around the nation and the globe alike in protest against Monsanto’s genetic manipulation of the food supply. Organized under the May 25th movement known as the ‘March on Monsanto’, the massive new rally reveals how the grassroots public has truly had enough of Monsanto’s monopoly on the many staple crops that have quickly been sucked into Monsanto’s genetically modified tycoon.

It’s virtually impossible these days to enter a grocery store, even one bearing the title of ‘natural’, and not encounter at least a few items that contain genetically modified ingredients. And for quite some time, this fact was not even known to the large majority of the United States public. Many simply did not even know what a GMO was, or what it could potentially do to their bodies (or the bodies of the children who they were feeding with genetically engineered processed food).

This, of course, stems from the fact that the FDA and Monsanto have decided that you aren’t allowed to know if your food contains GMOs. Even despite the fact that peer-reviewed research has pegged Monsanto’s best selling herbicide Roundup (which is a key part of Monsanto’s Roundup-ready GMO crops) to around 37 associated diseases, the FDA says it’s perfectly safe. So safe that it’s not even necessary to label in your food. So very safe that the only study that ever examined how Roundup and GMOs affect rats throughout their lifetime found that the rats developed tumors so large that it impacted their very ability to move.

It’s madness that has been identified for a long time by alternative news writers and readers, but thanks to the success of Prop 37 and other initiatives it has now hit the general public — and they’re not happy.

Official: Iran Self-Sufficient in N. Fuel Material Production, Likely to Launch New Reactor TEHRAN (FNA)- Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Fereidoun Abbasi announced the country's self-sufficiency in producing nuclear fuel materials, and said Iran will likely launch a new research reactor in the Northwestern city of Bonab in East Azarbaijan province.

"Iran is self-sufficient in producing nuclear fuel materials and can even export specialized services (in this field)," Abbasi said, addressing a number of local officials in Bonab Sunday night. Meantime, he referred to Iran's progress in producing radiomedicine, and said, the country is exporting radiomedicine to the neighboring and the Middle-Eastern countries in addition to providing for its domestic needs. Abbasi also raised the possibility of launching a nuclear reactor in Bonab city's research center in the future, and said if the relevant studies yield positive results, "a pool-type reactor which is harmless and is merely used for research purposes will be built at the center".
