Having recently celebrated their nation’s independence on July 4th, Americans were invited to recall the spirit of protest, rebellion, and revolution that marks the popular myth of the birth of the United States of America.

The Declaration of Independence still stands as an important example of how the tolerance of any man can be exceeded by the actions of an over-bearing and intrusive government. Yet, 237 years after the signing of this document, one has to wonder what has happened to the spirit of fearlessness and rugged self-determination that set the American experiment in motion.

As a form of redress of grievances by a people to it’s leadership, protest is as much of a historical part of democracy as voting is. A near-last resort when the populous is bereft of political power, publicly voicing dissent in an organized, peaceful, and constructive manner is a critical and vital sign of life for a society that wishes to be free. Yet, when a ruling elite and political class become too intrusive, parasitic or too dangerous to the population, protest is often a precursor to violence, therefore the outcome of rebellion and protest is never certain and often disastrous. However, the fate of a people without the will to resist the suffrages of an encroaching tyranny is just as foreboding.

While giving credit to the Occupy movement, those who engage in protest at global summits and party conventions, growing national actions like the Tar Sands Blockade and Idle No More, and growing localized activist movements, the nation has no formidable popular mass-movement for dissent. Apparently the American people have little interest in expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of leadership we have in America today.

Why are the American people so permissive of government abuse, intrusion, waste, corruption, cruelty, and stupidity?

There can be many reasons why you don’t question everything.

1)  Because you have always taken for granted all that is around you is true.

2)  Because it is the ‘norm’.

3)  Because everyone else does it, or believes it to be true.

4)  Because that’s the way it’s always been.

5)  Because some “authority” person, be it your parents, a teacher or professor, a doctor or a  lawyer, a political figure, a minister, or the television news tells you it’s so.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe, just maybe, ‘they’ were wrong?

The majority of people used to believe the world was flat and only a few believed it to be round, and the minority who thought the world was round were laughed at.

Or that the Earth was the center of the Universe – Galileo taught the Sun was the center of the [known] Universe. Following mounting controversy he was tried in 1633, and found “gravely suspect of heresy,” and was sentenced to indefinite imprisonment. This was subsequently commuted to house arrest, under which he remained for the rest of his life – for stating a truth. But we now know what he proposed was absolutely true.

Let’s start with some simple questions

Have you ever asked why the directions on certain shampoo bottles instructs you to shampoo, rinse and shampoo and rinse again? Could it be because you are using twice as much shampoo so you have to buy it twice as often and double the profits of the corporation that is selling the shampoo? Or is it because the shampoo is inadequate, not strong enough to clean your hair the first time?

Following my last article The Law of Attraction and The Power of Your Mind, the subsequent information intends to further expand into the application of the necessary skill of discernment in order to manifest your desired reality.

To recap: Your mind is a sophisticated broadcasting system. We emit and absorb frequencies according to the frequencies (thoughts and belief systems) that we hold in our mind. In order to reset our innate power of creation, we must get our mind right by consciously applying discernment to every frequency (thought or emotion) that we emit and absorb. In other words, choosing to accept or reject frequencies is the first step in re-setting your broadcast system (your mind). It is how we begin to attune ourselves to source energy, our higher self, our life’s purpose, happiness, love, our true potential, etc.

Since the average individual’s mind broadcasts in the ballpark of 70 000 thoughts per day, we would drive ourselves absolutely mad trying to discern (monitor) every one of those thoughts. Especially since the vast majority of those are ingrained in the sub-conscious through belief systems that have deeply conditioned our habitual neuron pathways. The good news is that there is a shortcut to monitoring your thoughts and re-attuning yourself to your true manifestation potential. That shortcut is your emotions: your innate guidance system. This is a basic process that is fundamental to manifestation. Focus on feeling good! When your emotions are signaling that something (a frenquency) doesn’t feel good, apply discernment and re-focus your vibration on anything that feels good (a higher frequency). Listen to the ‘whispers’ (aka frequencies) life is offering to you as Oprah would say….

For years at here Vigilant Citizen, I’ve been posting articles about the extreme amount of Big-Brotherish surveillance that is happening in the United States and the world. While some have dismissed these stories as “paranoid conspiracy theories”, recent revelations about the NSA’s project PRISM prove that there were no theories involved – just plain facts.

PRISM is a top-secret program that allows the NSA to directly access the servers of numerous online services and to obtain all kinds of information about its users. Since the story came out, some services such as Facebook denied any involvement with this program, stating that the NSA does not have access to their servers. The Guardian has however published leaked top-secret PowerPoint slides used to trained NSA agents that clearly state that 1- The NSA can directly access these servers and 2- Most major providers are directly involved in the program. Here is my list of the 9 reasons why everyone should lucid dream. These include profound benefits that touch all of us, no matter our culture, beliefs or life circumstances. Ultimately, I think all of these benefits put together would play a serious role in advancing the human race, if only it was something that came naturally to all of us. What I'm really saying is: lucidity is a powerful mental tool like no other.

1. Lucid dreaming creates freedom and escapism.

This is probably the one and only reason most people initially pursue consciousness in dreams - to have sex with their secret crush, to re-enact a day in the life of Jack Bauer, or to fly like an eagle over breathtaking scenery. We all have unfulfilled desires and lucidity is an amazing way to experience them in stunning realism. It is our natural virtual reality headset, our one portal to other worlds where we can temporarily escape this reality and live the life of our dreams... Literally.

If you're not a lucid dreamer, think of this escapism as akin to watching a movie or diving into a novel. But here, you are the central protagonist and all the characters, plot twists and epiphanies are profoundly tailored to your needs. An experienced oneironaut can manifest anything they want in a guided dream, or they can let the dream movie play out of its own volition. This gives us both the ultimate power to create any situation imaginable, and the thrill of being presented with unexpected twists and turns produced by our own subconscious.

Many people never get over the need for escapism in lucid dreams. The important thing is to remember - at least every now and then - to reach beyond the novelty value and see the potential of conscious dreaming as it truly stands.

This is some terrific home research, tracking the movement of the magnetic north pole. It’s apparently still picking up speed and according to this researcher should reach Siberia at least within 2 years. He posits that according to experiments he has done, when it reaches the 40 degree latitude a violent shift could be precipitated as it quickly moves to 40 degrees south and re-stabilizes there.

Guess we’ll see. And as he says, this accelerating magnetic shift could also be a huge influence on our weird weather patterns, and I’d add especially when compounded with the massive idiotic geoengineering programs they’re performing worldwide.

“Stage 4 cancer and a shit-pot of chemo and radiation,” he admitted, “that’s a rough ride. That can really take it out of you. Plus, the amount of chemo I was getting, it zaps all the good stuff too. It made me very weak.”

The nation's highest court ruled today that the police have the power to take DNA samples from people arrested for a crime.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the police can take DNA samples of arrestees. The 5-4 decision allows law enforcement to take the DNA of people who haven’t been convicted of a crime yet.

The issue at hand was whether taking samples from people only suspected of a crime was unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment. The justices said that taking DNA swabs is the same as taking someone’s fingerprints.

Big Brother seems determined to keep certain things from the main steam and in this attempt, he will do anything and everything possible to keep his ‘opinion’ the majority or shall we say the ‘norm’. Anything which conflicts with their agenda is kept secretive and nonexistent.
There are others who don’t want to believe because it goes against their religious beliefs or opinions. The recent programs about the mermaids have left a flurry of inquiries by curious people on many levels of media including my site. But, my take on this is that to each his own. German Bundestag paid for MP’s trip to private Bilderberg meeting in 2008

Newly Appointed German Automobile Lobbyist and former Minister of State Eckart von Klaeden has told a German accountability group that his visit to the 2008 Bilderberg meeting in Chantilly was paid for by the German people although they apparently do not have a right to know what exactly the elected representative does there. Von Klaeden:

“Although I have not attended the conference as an official representative of my group or the Bundestag (such official attendance is not familiar with the conference), I experienced the conference as very valuable for my work as an MP and as a foreign policy spokesman of my group … The costs incurred by me were paid by the German Bundestag.”
